Tracy Ross-Tamasi
Principal
Tracy grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and earned several degrees from the University of Notre Dame before spending five years in the legal field. Entering the construction arena in 1989, she built a commercial construction business that catered primarily to Fortune 100 technology companies during the advent of Silicon Valley. The business expanded in 2002 to include high-end remodels and custom homes. As a licensed general contractor, Tracy spearheaded this division and soon transitioned exclusively to residential building after finding the creative and technical aspects incredibly rewarding. Tracy brings her expertise to both the construction site as well as the design aesthetic by providing custom detailed design interiors to each Tamasi Ross project.

Patrick Ross
Principal
Patrick joined the family business in 2013 and received on-site training in framing and finish carpentry. After earning a degree in Residential Construction Management, he participated as a project manager on a 580-unit upscale apartment complex, extensive remodels and custom home builds. His attention to detail and continuing commitment to adhere to a project’s budgetary and scheduling expectations remains his top priority.

Tony Tamasi
Principal
Tony grew up in the midwest, earning multiple degrees from the University of Kansas. He spent 30 years as an executive in high tech, at companies like Apple, Silicon Graphics and NVIDIA. Retiring from NVIDIA, he entered the construction business, bringing technical, analytical and management expertise to the company.
Emily Richards
Project Manager
As an experienced project manager, Emily oversees project tracking and monitors project metrics from start to finish. She also plays an integral role in combining room by room design visuals with product specifications which ensures efficient, organized project staging.
